CitySpring Infrastructure Management Pte. Ltd., as Trustee-Manager of CitySpring Infrastructure Trust ("CitySpring") is responsible for safeguarding the interests of the unitholders of CitySpring and for carrying out CitySpring’s investment and financing strategies, asset acquisition and disposal policies and for the overall management of CitySpring’s assets (including businesses).

The Trustee-Manager is led by a team of executives with extensive experience in the infrastructure industry. They have established track records in negotiating, structuring and financing investments in infrastructure assets and managing infrastructure assets.

The Board of Directors of the Trustee-Manager is made up of business professionals with a broad range of commercial experience, including expertise in the infrastructure sector. A majority of the Directors are non-executive and independent of the management of the Trustee-Manager.

The Trustee-Manager actively pursues yield and value accretive investments by leveraging on its extensive business networks and relationships to seek investment opportunities in the global infrastructure sector that have the potential to contribute to CitySpring's growth. The Trustee-Manager also seeks to increase returns to unitholders by actively identifying and implementing initiatives that may improve the cashflow of CitySpring's existing assets.

The acquisition of Basslink is a testimony of the Trustee-Manager's strong ability to expand CitySpring's geographical footprint and deliver on the trust's strategy to grow. The Trustee-Manager has an active pipeline of both yield and value-enhancing investment opportunities that will help CitySpring grow through acquisitions.
